Rock Out With Your...Oh Wait. I'm a Girl.

In any case, during E3 I was at the Troubadour seriously rocking out to Eagles of Death Metal (woo!) and Queens of the Stone Age (also woo). Though, admittedly, I'm more of a EODM fan than a QOTSA fan, I think I might have been getting more into the music than anyone else there, until a bunch of us started a mosh pit during Josh Homme and co's set. Hence, I'm probably one of the blurry people in the pics below.

E3 was awesome - except for that whole thing about the Barker Hanger being in the middle of nowhere and the parking and the indie publisher getting no love - but the one thing I have to remember to do while I'm there is eat. I sort of forgot that on Friday, and after driving in stop-and-go traffic in 90-degree heat on my way to interview Billy Bob Thornton late that afternoon, I had to pull over and barf. Let me tell you, it's hard to look dignified when you're yakking up last night's dinner near Wilshire Blvd. Hot, right?
